Absorbency

We compared the suitability of different materials to mop up spills.

We considered how to make it a fair test and to do this we ensured we only changed one variable. We changed the type of paper we used and kept everything else the same (size of paper and amount of water used).

We recorded our findings in a table. During our investigation, we found that card was the most absorbent material and sugar paper was the least absorbent.
