Teeth

We had a visit from the School Nurse to tell us how to look after our teeth and keep them nice and healthy. She explained that too much sugar will make cavities in our teeth which could lead to fillings or having to have our teeth removed. She demonstrated the correct brushing technique, ensuring all teeth are cleaned, and explained the importance of brushing twice daily.

We've been looking at the purpose of having different teeth. We even looked at animals' teeth and how they're all different, for example a tigers teeth are different to a monkeys teeth!

We then used the mirrors to look at our own teeth and make clay models of them!
