Dementia Cafe

Year 6 @ the Dementia Cafe and Careers Advice

On Monday 21st May, our Year 6 children visited the Dementia Cafe in Central Gateshead. We were treated to some local music and enjoyed a cracking sing-a-long! This was then followed by a very interesting talk, led by professionals from a range of careers, about different jobs the children could possibly think about doing when they are older. The children asked some brilliant questions and certainly had their eyes opened to possible career options.
