School Admissions 

If you live in Gateshead, you can apply online for your child's school place from 8 September 2023. 

You will need to create an account if you haven’t used the system before.

If you are an existing user and have a password, you can sign in to make your application.

Please make sure you apply by the closing date:

Secondary closing date: 31 October 2023

You must read the  secondary school information booklet before you apply.

If you live outside Gateshead, you can not apply using this system.  Please apply via your home local authority.

Application arrangements for any of your current Year 6 students who wish to apply to Emmanuel College for September 2024

We invite all prospective parents and their children to view the Admissions page of our website, which includes our prospectus, our admissions policy and frequently asked questions.  If parents wish to apply for a place for their child, they should complete the application form by midnight on 31 October 2023.

On Monday 2 October we are excited to welcome prospective Year 6 students and their parents and carers into College to meet our staff and see our facilities. The event will be ticketed to allow us to manage the number attending the event and parents can choose to attend either a 5:30pm or 7:00pm session. They can apply for tickets here.
