Our parents and carers came in to school and helped us with out DT project.
First of all we looked at our castle designs in our sketch books.
Then we made our castles. We made castles with a moving drawbridge. We had so much fun!
We used field work skills to gather information about where we live. We searched for human and physical features and recorded our results. We used data collected from our walk to ask and answer questions about our local area.
In RE this week we have been learning all about the Torah, the Torah is the first part of the Jewish bible. We worked in partners to create our very own Torah with writing and pictures on.
In Geography we have been looking at different countries and different continents. We have been learning a lot about Norway. We have made our own information booklet showing all the facts and information we know about Norway . We have made a short video presenting our booklet, we hope you enjoy it!
In DT we have been researching and designing cars from the past. We have also been investigating materials that we could use to make our cars. We used axles and wheels to make our cars move. We have had such fun making the cars!
