We always have great fun doing Fine Motor and this week we got to make 3D pictures of flowers and bears.  Some of us even got to use the the paper punch.

Wow! What an incredible time we had celebrating World Book Day! Our costumes all looked amazing and we had a great time finding out which books we all came from.  To decorate our door, we drew pictures of our dreams because we knew this would help out the BFG.  What's your favourite book?

At the end of Friendship Week, it was Children In Need.  It was a lovely surprise when Pudsey came to visit us and the school councillors came to help us to different activities during Golden Time.  It was great fun!

To start Friendship Week off we celebrated Odd Sock Day at school.  Odd Sock Day teaches us all that everyone is unique and diverse and most importantly that it's OK to be different!  Can you spot your feet?

For Remembrance Day we used our fine motor skills to make lots of different kinds of poppies.  We made some poppies out of modelling clay and paper but we also made poppy wreaths using our hands and a giant poppy using tissue paper.  We had great fun and enjoyed learning all about why Remembrance Day is important.
