We've had great fun learning all about fractions recently. We have begun learning how to count in fractions so to help us we made a big number line, using shapes to help us show the wholes and the parts.
This week we have been learning all about money. We learned the value of each different coin and had to use them to make different values. It was tricky to find lots of different ways!
We have been learning all about fractions this week. We used our knowledge of how to find a fraction of a number to help us to find a fraction of a length. We had to measure the straws and then find half.
