Frottage-Seascapes
Throughout Spring 2, Year 3/4B have been learning about the frottage approach. To begin with, they researched an artist called Max Ernst and discussed his approach to art saying their likes and dislikes. Following on from this, the children experimented with different media whilst they created different rubbings. Then they used their rubbings and created a seascape by tearing their pieces of paper. The children all thoroughly enjoyed creating their master pieces and they did a brilliant job.
