Place value
In Year 3/4B, we have begun our learning journey in Autumn by looking at place value. We have used a range of resources including dienes and place value counters to identify thousands, hundreds, tens and ones. Following on from this, the children have been able to write numerals in words and digits and then compare the difference between numbers. The children have worked incredibly hard this work, I have been very impressed.
