Discovery Museum

The Big 5!

As part of our theme (See the Light: Eureka!), we visited the always amazing Discovery Museum in Newcastle. With the help our our brilliant guide, Morgan, the children learned about each of the inventors considered to be the North East's greatest! From Parsons' infamous Turbinia, to Swan's incandescent light bulb, the children learned so much about how these inventions have revolutionised the way we live our lives today.
