Always ready to have fun!
Reading, writing, maths and theme, we always try our best.
Only small in size but big in effort.
New to KS1 so much to explore and learn.
Each day different and everyday new!
Hi Year 1
Getting to see you all last week was amazing! I loved coming to see what you had been up to and I have missed all of your smiling faces. Not seeing you all over the last few months has been so hard! I have really missed us all being together as a class. Well done for all of your amazing hard work over the past few months. You should all be so proud of yourselves. I hope you enjoy the Summer holidays and make lots of memories with your family and friends. I will be waving through the Year 2 window in September.
Have a brilliant Summer!

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn something new and a valuable way to fill in time during these weeks away from school and is an opportunity not to be missed so get in quick!
You've made it to half term! What a surreal time it has been but we have loved looking at all of your home learning photos over the last few weeks! It really does put smiles on our faces. As it's half term, we will not be setting any home learning tasks. We want you to rest, spend time with your family and make more memories during lockdown! In addition to this, we will not be speaking to parents next week and will continue making calls home week commencing 1st June. As you all know, we love making these phone calls to check to see how you and your family are so we'll look forward to speaking to you all again soon! We hope you have a fabulous half term! Keep safe and continue smiling!
This weekend sees the beginning of Ramadan for our Muslim families. Mrs Mumtaz and Miss Simblet have very kindly put some activities together to help us all recognise this Islamic celebration. If you want to find out more information, there are plenty of informative websites but BBC Bitesize has a useful video you can watch. Make sure you send us some photographs if you do complete any of the tasks. Happy Ramadan everyone!
Hi Year 1D,
We are really missing not seeing your smiling faces each day! It has been lovely to see the pictures of what you have been up to. We love seeing how hard you are working and how much fun you are having. Please continue to send these pictures in Over the Easter holidays we would like you to have a break and have fun with your family. I have included a picture which shows 100 things to do indoors. Our challenge is to see how many you can complete over the two weeks. Please send us your pictures as we would love to see what you have been up to.
We are missing you and can't wait to see you soon! Stay safe.
