This week in maths the children have been learning how to read and write time. The children began by using 12 hour analogue clocks to identify the time to the nearest minute. Some children then began using the 24-hour clock to show different digital times. Following on from this the children the children learnt about the 24 hour system and were able to understand am/pm times. They were able to expand their vocabulary to ensure they used the correct terminology when using time. Although some children have found maths this week a bit tricky, they showed lots of determination!
